I am writing this review today to acknowledge the work of Dwayne. I spoke to Dwayne today and he asked me to leave a review with my honest opinion on my experience with him. I'd like to say he represented the company very well he was respectful and taught me a few things. With me being in the real estate business I have someone who is covering my insurance claim already but I will be hanging the Mars restoration flyer at my office due to the fact I was genuinely sold that this company could get whomever is affected by storm damage approved through their insurance and I'd like this young man to get his credit.

After we had hail damage, we needed to have our roof replaced. MARS was the first company to physically come to our home for an estimate. Rocky Buckler came to assess our damage and met the State Farm agent on another day. He was knowledgeable, personal, and did not come across as a pushy salesperson. As a result, we canceled our other appointments for estimates and went with MARS. And we're glad we did! On the roof replacement day, the job foreman asked my husband to come on the roof with him, Rocky was calling me at the same time. Unfortunately, we needed many more sheets of plywood than any of us had planned. This greatly increased our final price. Thanks to Rocky and MARS management and owner, they worked with us to come up with an affordable final payment.

I've recommended MARS and Rocky to our neighbors/friends. They have used them as well and are happy with the final result. I HIGHLY recommend MARS and Rocky and plan to use them for siding installation in the near future.

We had an insurance claim and we didn't know where to start and then I happened to see MARS Roofing install a new roof on our neighbors home and we were impressed; so we decided to call them. They called me right away and set up an inspection appointment and needless to say, what they saw compared to what our insurance company saw was totally different. However, our representative, Steven Crump was awesome from beginning to end! We, along with him, worked diligently with the insurance company and we were able to get a new roof and siding! We were totally impressed! Even when we wanted to give up, Steven took the lead and made it happen! We are so very thankful for him and Mars for their professionalism and patience in working with our insurance company and we will definitely refer others to them! Thanks again, Mars!

My wife and I asked our neighbors who had recently gotten a new roof about the roofing contractor they had used. They raved about their roofing company Project Manager, Walter Ruiz. We understand why, Walter met with us, inspected our roof, found some damage, took photos and even worked with our insurance company to help us get the roof replaced. The company, MARS Roofing, communicated each step of the way and sent a fantastic crew over to install our new roof. After they were done, Walter came by the next day and inspected their work to make sure it was a quality job. We ended up with Architectural shingles with a 30 year warranty and 130 MPH wind warranty. They also replaced our skylight at the same time. It all looks great! I highly recommend Walter and MARS Roofing. Thank you Walter!
