We are the new … More purchasers of a home that had a roof replaced by MARS within the last two years…we identified a wet wall, with significant moisture, and our first thought was THE ROOF. We called Mars and Joe came out within a few days, communicating exactly when, despite the 2 hour drive to our area to do so. He checked everything out, and it was not the roof after all. Not because he wanted to place blame on anything else-that wasn’t the case and I felt fully confident if it was the roof-it would have been handled! He determined it was an oversight and a shoddy builders mistake that’s probably been lingering since the house was built 10 years ago that’s finally showing its ugly face. He got up on ladder with my husband, showed him exactly the cause, and provided a short and long term solution to resolve. Even helped direct husband with caulking the particular section in question for an even faster bandaid as storms were anticipated within the next day or so. He was not required to do ANY of this, but did and we are so grateful for that kind of unmatched customer service with what would typically be called a dismissive, money hungry industry. Not MARS! Good people! Great business!

I regret to say that my experience with Mars Restoration has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I fell prey to their solicitation when an agent knocked on my door, claiming that my roof had damage from a recent cyclone and assuring … More me that my insurance would cover the repairs.
After conducting an inspection, they gathered my insurance information and filed a claim on my behalf. However, my insurance company conducted their own due diligence and denied the claim. Despite my numerous attempts to follow up with Mars Restoration, there was no response for an extended period.
When I finally received a call back, I was asked to email the reason for the insurance claim denial and was informed that my contact had changed. During this prolonged process, my insurance premium skyrocketed due to the open claim. Mars Restoration's lack of communication and follow-up was incredibly unprofessional.
After another long wait and multiple messages, someone from Mars Restoration finally called back, only to tell me that the pictures didn't show storm damage and that they couldn't help. Are you serious?
I am beyond frustrated with their poor service, lack of accountability, and the financial impact this has had on me. I would strongly advise against using Mars Restoration for any of your roofing or restoration needs. -

Between the HOA and Tesla solar panels, there were significant delays which were not at all related to Mars, but their representatives provided helpful advice and guidance and finally after 6 months of waiting on those two complications, Mars rolled in and got the work done in a day.

The company, Mars Restoration, communicated each step of the way and sent a fantastic crew over to install our new roof. After they were done, Walter came by the next day and inspected their work to make sure it was a quality job. In fact the five star I give in this review is solely for my dealings with Luden. I wish I can say nice thing about the other workers. I am sure they have done their work well but, for whatever reason, they didn’t do a good job of cleaning up after they finished. I found so many nails in my lawn and backyard. If I had to end my review with Luden I would have given it 10 start. -

And, even more combersome, trust in this company to get the job done with the funds my insurance company provided.
Sure i had to pay my deductible, and a few extra $$ for more sheets of plywood - but throughout the whole process i was updated and asked if we were good to continue when i would get price updates. VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION!!
I now enjoy a brand new flawless roof on my house and barn - HEADACHE FREE! For less then 2k out of pocket!

On the roof replacement day, the job foreman asked my husband to come on the roof with him, Rocky was calling me at the same time.
