As a Canvasser/Appointment Setter, you’ll be working in a team as sales-oriented personnel who engage with the public and promote Mars Restoration services. Canvassers also set free in-home roof inspections for our Sales Representatives.
Job Duties:
- Meeting with customers at their home to promote Mars Restoration services.
- Canvass door to door in storm targeted areas to educate homeowners on affordable home improvement solutions.
- Secure a qualified lead for a customer that is looking for a free consultation.
- Confidently answer questions and educate homeowners on provided services.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to our office in Silver Spring
- Outstanding communication and listening skills
- Must have a drive to success and a positive attitude.
- Charisma, Outgoing, and interpersonal skills

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have previous canvassing OR direct sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting set performance standards.
- Ability to think strategically with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail.
- Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion, and advertising.
- Ability to self-manage resources time to achieve objectives.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
