The Position

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter with excellent sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding skills. You should have superb communication skills, be great with people, and have the innate ability to get the “right fit” for each role.
Responsibilities
- Locate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards
- Communicate with potential applicants by phone, email, or in person
- Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions within organization
- Create job announcements that list requirements for each job, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills
- Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events
- Prepare attractive hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment
Skills
- 2+ years of significant full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in construction, roofing, or related industries is a strong plus
- Recruitment experience for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems, and social media applications
- Familiarity with boolean search strings and other sourcing methods
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, in-person, etc.)
- Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants
- Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns
- A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in-person
- An impeccable public image, including on social media
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
- Availability to travel to attend job fairs and networking events
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and strategize independently
- Degree or education in progress in human resources or related field is a plus

$40,000 – $50,000 + bonuses, commensurate with experience
